The amazing thing about The GAMES Method is that it’s part of life all around us – it’s using natural tools from which to create.
Nature’s Fabric: Shape, Sound, Light and Motion surround us everyday and they are all based on measurement.
It turns out science and math have a lot to do with creativity!
Geometry is math that you can feel.
Music is math that you can hear.
Color/Art is math that you can see.
Dance is math in motion.
The GAMES Method gives educators a technological tool to teach creativity. For example, in a geometry exercise, students will listen to music tones. Then, using an online drawing tool, they create a geometric shape based off of the sounds they hear. This exercise teaches them to truly listen and focus. It also helps students retain the learning objective by associating musical sounds to shapes.
INTERACTIVE MODULES
The GAMES Method provides digital, interactive learning exercises that engage students in learning concepts such as resonance, vibration, frequency, angles, degrees, ratios, inversions, scale, and patterns.
